Staff and Administration Positions

Administrative Support Specialist
RCHS has an immediate opening for an Administrative Support Specialist. This position will assist school leadership and faculty by organizing, managing, and performing a variety of administrative tasks and projects. This position will provide frontline assistance to students, parents, visitors, and callers. Applicants should be comfortable communicating and collaborating with colleagues, students, parents, and the public.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, and word processors
  • Ability to initiate and improve workflow and procedures
  • Collect, compile, analyze, and present complex data and information
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and informative office environment for colleagues, students, parents, and the public
  • Work independently to initiate tasks and manage projects
  • Plan timelines and events
  • Fluency or proficiency in Spanish
