Current Students and Parents can log in in order to access RCHS community information, sign up to volunteer, and keep in touch.

How do I log in?
  • Students or Faculty enter your network username and password in the login box.
  • Parents enter your username (your email address) and password in the login box.
What if I forgot my password?
  • Parents: enter your username (your email address when your username was created) and click the "Forgot your Password?" link. You will receive a temporary password via email. You may change your username and/or password on the "My Prefs" page once you are logged in.
  • Students: you may NOT reset your password online. You must reset your password on a school computer or contact the IT Dept in person.
What if I can't remember my username?
  • Parents - EACH parent received/will receive a login during early to mid-August of their student's first year at Raleigh Charter. This login is created using the email address supplied on the Student Information Sheet filled out upon admission. Notice of this login is sent in an email from logins@raleighcharterhs.org near the start of school. These original individualized parent login notices include a temporary password and instructions on how to log in to the website and update personal information. Please contact logins@raleighcharterhs.org with questions.
  • Incoming students receive their logins at school during the first few weeks of school.
