In case of an absence, parents should call the school before 10 a.m. on the morning of the absence in order to help insure the safety of our students. We would appreciate calls as early as possible so as not to unnecessarily burden our office staff. Parents may leave messages on the school’s voice mail (919 715-1155).
In addition, when the student returns to school, he or she must go to the main office first thing in the morning to turn in a note from a parent or guardian explaining the absence. This written confirmation is necessary for state auditing purposes.
