For ten years, Raleigh Charter High School has been located in the Historic Pilot Mill. This landmark property, behind Peace College, has provided an ideal home for our first decade. With the renewal of its charter until 2019 and the expiration of its lease in 2012, RCHS has the opportunity to secure a permanent home, perhaps here at Pilot Mill. By the fall of 2012, we hope to occupy space that will be our school's long-term location. To meet this challenge, school leaders are planning a capital campaign. We shall be asking all members of our community to consider a capital gift that is a s-t-r-e-t-c-h. Donations can be spread over three years. Gifts will be welcome in many forms: one-time donations, a pledge, or honorary or memorial gifts. These can be paid with cash, check, credit card, securities, and corporate matching gifts.

Successful completion of this campaign will require the support of the entire RCHS community, alumni and alumni parents included, and will secure Raleigh Charter High School's stability for the future. We shall keep you informed of the progress and look forward to your support of this initiative.
